All members and guests of Aronimink Swim Club are expected to follow all rules and regulations. Any violations can lead to expulsion and eventual loss of membership. All swimmers and guests are expected to follow any additional guidelines from the lifeguards. No Exceptions!
REGISTRATION
All members are required to pay annual dues whether they use the facilities or not.
Membership is limited to the primary member, spouse and children of the primary member who live in his/her home.
DUES
In order to determine your dues on the invoice check the total number of individuals in your family. Please make your check payable to ARONIMINK SWIM CLUB. Your cancelled check will serve as your receipt.
If your dues are not paid on or before April 18, 2010 you will be charged a late fee payment of $50. Your payment must be postmarked no later than April 18, 2010. No one may use the facilities at Aronimink Swim Club unless they have paid in full. If dues are not paid prior to opening day of the pool season, membership cards will not be released until payment is made in full. If you bring your dues to the ticket office (checks only), you will not be able to pick up your cards at the time you make your payment. Late payment must be included with dues paid at the admission office.
SPECIAL PASSES
A person who is not eligible for membership living in the home of a member either permanently or during the pool season may use the facilities all summer with the purchase of a special pink guest ticket for $75 per person. In order to take advantage of this privilege, they must have proof of residence; a copy of their driver's license must accompany the dues payment registration form. There will be no exceptions.
For families who have a non-member caring for their children you may now purchase a special caregiver guest ticket. An adult member must purchase this purple guest ticket for $200. If you are interested in purchasing this pass, please stop by the office to obtain the caregiver authorization form and guidelines.
A regular yellow guest ticket (a punch twelve times )may be purchased for $75 at the admissions office. An adult member must purchase this guest ticket and a member 14 years or older must accompany the guest for sign in at the admissions office. NOTE THAT THE TICKET OFFICE CANNOT HOLD ONTO ANY YELLOW GUEST CARDS. THEY ARE THE MEMBER'S RESPONSIBILITY. Members are not permitted to bring in guest who live within the swim club boundaries.
REPLACEMENT OF LOST MEMBERSHIP CARDS
Anyone who loses their card will be asked to pay for a replacement card. The person will not be allowed to enter the pool until the replacement card has been ordered and received. The following is the payment schedule for lost cards:
first time - $5.00
second time - $10.00
third time - $25.00
fourth time and every time thereafter - $50.00
TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
If you do not want to maintain your membership and you have a share of stock, your stock certificate must be returned to the club on or before April 18, 2009. Please make sure you endorse the back of the certificate with the same name/s to which it was issued. Mail your share of stock to the club, P.O. Box 854, Drexel Hill, PA 19026. If you are an associate member who wishes to terminate your membership, please advise us by letter on or before April 18, 2010.
In both cases, receipt of your $100 is contingent on these two provisions:
1. The club must receive notice of termination on or before April 18, 2010.
2. Annual Dues have been paid in full for all previous years.
CLUB OPENING
The club will open on Saturday, May 29. You can pick up your membership cards at the admissions office from 10:00am to 7:00pm. Tickets must be picked up by an adult. The club will be open for the Memorial Day weekend. Members must present their membership card at the admissions office for entrance into the club. There will be no exceptions.
